How to create a quote
- Your business: Enter your company name and contact details, and upload your logo.
- Customer and dates: Add the customer, the quote number, the issue date and the date the quote is valid until.
- Line items: Add up to 4 items with a description, quantity, unit, unit price and an optional product photo.
- Discount and tax: Choose an overall discount and your tax rate and name (VAT, GST or sales tax). Totals update as you type.
- PDF: Pick the Showcase or List layout and download the quote.
What should a price quote include?

Is the quote generator really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, email or credit card. The PDF carries a small “Made with Offerneta” line at the bottom.
Is my data saved or uploaded?
No. The quote and the PDF are created in your browser and are not sent to our servers. Closing the page clears everything.
Which currencies can I use?
You can choose US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, Canadian and Australian dollars, UAE dirhams, Saudi riyals, Indian rupees, Swiss francs and Turkish lira.
Why is the quote limited to 4 line items?
The free tool is designed for short, one-off quotes. Businesses that quote long product lists every week save more time with quoting software that stores the catalog.
Can I edit a quote later?
The tool does not store quotes, so you would enter it again. Saving, revising and tracking quotes is part of the Offerneta software.
