How to make a product catalog
- Product list: Download the Excel template or type products in the tool. Columns: code, product name, description, category, price, unit.
- Photos: Select all product photos at once. A photo named like the product code (for example KM-210.jpg) is matched automatically.
- Cover: Add your logo, a cover image, the catalog title and a short introduction.
- Options: Show or hide prices, choose 6 or 9 products per page and the tax note.
- PDF: Download the catalog and send it by email or WhatsApp, or print it.

Is the catalog maker free?
Yes, for catalogs of up to 12 products. There is no sign-up; each page carries a small “Made with Offerneta” line.
Are my Excel file and photos uploaded?
No. Files are read and the PDF is built in your browser; nothing is sent to our servers.
How are photos matched to products?
A photo is matched when its file name equals the product code or the value in the “Image file” column. You can also add photos one by one.
Can I make a catalog without prices?
Yes. Turn off “Show prices” and the catalog lists photos, codes and specifications only.
